About Dotos

Dotos is currently in beta. We're building in the open and improving every day. What you see today is a foundation — not the finish line.

The Heart Behind Dotos

Most software asks: "What do you want to do?"

Dotos asks a different question: "What have you been given — and what will you do with it?"

The name Dotos means "given." Not what you earned or assembled or achieved. What was placed in your hands before you ever asked for it — your gifts, your talents, your relationships, your responsibilities.

Everyone has been entrusted with something. Dotos exists to help you steward it well.

The Parable

Jesus told a story about a master who went on a journey and entrusted his property to three servants. To one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one — each according to their ability. The first two put their talents to work and doubled them. The third buried his in the ground.

When the master returned, he said to those who had multiplied what they were given: "Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Enter into the joy of your master." (Matthew 25:14-30)

The lesson is not about earning more. It's about faithfully stewarding what you already have — and watching it bear fruit.

That's what Dotos is for. Not to give you more to do, but to help you see what's already in your hands and manage it with intention, clarity, and faithfulness.

Entrustment for Individuals and Organizations

Individuals — You are entrusted with a seed.

  • The woman touched Jesus in secret — unseen faith released power.
  • The widow's mite — small in scale, immeasurable in meaning.
  • Do not let your right hand know what your left hand is doing — hidden obedience forms the soul.
  • A seed of faith can move a mountain — life is contained within what looks small.
  • Whoever is faithful with little will be entrusted with much — growth follows stewardship.
  • The paralytic expected mobility; Jesus restored identity — "Your sins are forgiven."
  • Blessed are the meek — significance without self-promotion.
  • The woman broke the jar — devotion over optimization.
  • The Syrophoenician woman accepted crumbs — recognizing identity before status.
  • The parable of the talents — what you've been given already contains instruction.
  • Drift happens when you forget what was first given.
  • Flourishing begins by recognizing: I have been entrusted.
  • Organizations — You are entrusted with people.

  • Healthy cultures notice the unseen — quiet contributions carry real weight.
  • Small acts of dignity and faithfulness shape long-term culture more than large campaigns.
  • Resist performative culture — build systems that honor integrity over optics.
  • Strategic faithfulness in small decisions prevents long-term drift.
  • Sustainable scale comes from stewarding what has already been given.
  • Organizations thrive when they value whole persons, not just output or function.
  • Leadership is stewardship, not ownership. Influence is entrusted, not possessed.
  • Not every meaningful investment is efficient; some are formative.
  • Organizational maturity recognizes calling before comparison.
  • Organizational purpose carries built-in direction; culture multiplies what leadership stewards.
  • Drift happens when pressure replaces purpose — payroll, metrics, reputation overshadow calling.
  • Flourishing begins by remembering: we have been entrusted.

  • For Individuals

You don't need another productivity app. You need a place to see the full picture of what you're stewarding — your goals, your finances, your family, your growth — and move forward with purpose.

Task Management & Personal Roadmap — Boards, lists, and calendars that treat your personal growth with the same seriousness a company treats its quarterly plan. Lay out your goals. Break them into steps. Track your progress. Your life deserves at least that much structure.

Invite Coaches, Family & Friends — You weren't meant to figure this out alone. Invite the people who know you — coaches, mentors, family, friends — into your workspace. Lay out your gifts together. Hold each other accountable. Bear fruit as a team.

Personal Finance — Connect your accounts, see your money, and budget around what matters to you. Recognition-first budgeting means your spending tells you what you value — then you decide if that's what you want to value.

Family as a First-Class Concept — Your household isn't a side feature. Manage your family, your dependents, your emergency contacts. See your family as a unit, not scattered across apps.

Faith-Integrated Growth — Scripture memorization, practice, community discussion, and learning tools for people who believe their talents have a Source and want to stay connected to it.

Privacy You Control — You decide what each organization sees. Your data is yours. Encryption isn't a marketing checkbox — it's how we built the foundation.

    For Organizations

Organizations exist to serve people. But too many spend 80% of their energy on operations and 20% on mission. Dotos flips that ratio.

Full Project Management — Kanban boards, task assignment, comments, attachments, activity tracking, and cross-team collaboration. Manage your projects the way you manage your mission — with clarity and accountability.

Mission, Vision & Values Planning — Your strategic plans, process builds, and organizational goals live alongside your day-to-day operations. Stop separating "the plan" from "the work."

Custom Process Builds — Forms, surveys, and assessment tools with 12 question types, conditional logic, scoring, and bulk import. Build the processes your organization actually needs instead of bending your workflow to fit someone else's software.

Communication Tools — Real-time chat, SMS, and email — all in one place. Keep your team aimed at your business goals while stewarding the relationships, skills, and niche that make your organization unique. No more splitting conversations across Slack, text messages, and email threads.

Camp & Youth Programs — Full lifecycle: programs, sessions, registration, health forms, attendance, incident tracking, waivers, authorized pickup, and staff assignments. Built for camps, churches, and community organizations that serve families.

Hospitality & Events — Multi-property management with reservations, rate plans, guest profiles, housekeeping, and front desk workflows. Built for retreat centers, conference facilities, and faith-based hospitality.

Online Store & Billing — Product catalogs, shopping carts, Stripe checkout, invoicing, and refund tracking. Sell registrations, merchandise, or services without a separate e-commerce platform.

Website Builder — Drag-and-drop pages with store embedding, responsive previews, and custom branding. Give your organization a web presence without a separate vendor.

White-Label Branding — Custom colors, fonts, logos, login pages, and domain names. Dotos disappears behind your brand. Your people see you, not us.

Compliance Without Complexity — Role-based access control, encrypted sensitive data, immutable audit logs, legal hold enforcement, and consent tracking. Built for organizations that handle trust and take that responsibility seriously.

    What Dotos Is Not

  • Not social media. No feed algorithm. No ads. No engagement tricks.
  • Not a CRM. We don't optimize for leads and funnels. We optimize for people.
  • Not a point solution. We don't do one thing and leave you to figure out the rest.
  • Not enterprise-only. A family of four and a church of forty belong here just as much as a company of four hundred.

  • Core Conviction

    Dotos means "given."

Something has been given. Not earned. Not assembled. Not achieved. Given.

Then life gathers — noise, success, failure, metrics, memory, survival. Layers settle. Expectations harden. What was simple becomes obscured.

The gift is not lost. It is covered — like seed beneath soil, like embers beneath ash, like a river beneath winter ice.

Flourishing does not begin by becoming more. It begins by uncovering. By remembering. By returning.

Dotos is the quiet conviction that life to the full is not constructed — it is released when we live again from the gift.

    Beta

Dotos is in active development. Features are being added, refined, and sometimes rebuilt. You may encounter rough edges, missing pieces, or things that change between visits. That's by design — we're building this alongside the people who use it.

    The Invitation

You were given talents before you had a plan for them.

You were given a family before you had a system to manage one.

You were given a calling before you had the tools to pursue it.

Dotos doesn't give you more to do. It helps you see — and steward — what's already yours.

    Steward what you've been given.
